ELIGIBILITY: Children between the ages of birth and three who have either vision loss, hearing loss, dual sensory loss, or developmental disabilities

DESCRIPTION: Provides home-based early intervention (family training and special instruction) to families and children who meet the above eligibility requirements. The local office serves Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, and Lauderdale counties.
