ELIGIBILITY:           All persons with vision impairment with a diagnosis of low vision by the person’s primary optometrist or ophthalmologist.

 

DESCRIPTION:       At Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown, our goal is to give patients the tools they need to maintain their independence as long as possible. Through the program, patients learn how to maximize their remaining eyesight and carry out their daily activities with skill and confidence.
